Refund Policy

At Healverse, we prepare every consultation, healing, and service with deep energetic alignment and personalization. Due to the nature of our offerings, we follow a strict no-refund policy. Please read carefully before booking:
1. No Refund Policy
- All payments made via Razorpay or any other method are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
- Once a booking is confirmed, no cancellations will be entertained.
2. Rescheduling Instead of Refunds
- Clients may request a one-time reschedule if at least 24 hours’ notice is given before the scheduled session.
- Missed sessions or late arrivals (beyond 15 minutes) will be considered completed and will not be rescheduled or refunded.
3. Payment Processing via Razorpay
- All transactions are securely processed through Razorpay’s payment gateway.
- Healverse does not store your credit/debit card details.
4. Refunds (Exceptional Cases Only)
Refunds may only be initiated under the following rare conditions:
- Double Payment: If you are charged twice for the same booking, one payment will be refunded.
- Failed Transactions: If your payment is deducted but booking confirmation is not received, we will verify the transaction with Razorpay and process a refund if applicable.
Refunds in these cases will be processed within 7–10 working days back to the original payment method, subject to Razorpay’s policies.
5. Disputes & Chargebacks
- Clients are requested to first contact aakritishealverse@gmail.com for any payment-related concerns.
- In case of disputes raised directly with Razorpay or your bank, Healverse reserves the right to provide relevant transaction details to resolve the issue.
