1. Consultation Services (Numerology, Tarot, Vastu, etc.)

All consultation services are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.

  • Once a session is scheduled, no refunds will be issued.
  • If you are unable to attend, you may request a reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Missed sessions without prior notice will not be rescheduled or refunded.

2. Digital Products / Reports

All digital products, including but not limited to:

  • Numerology reports
  • Personalized readings
  • Online courses or guides

are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Once the product is delivered via email, download, or WhatsApp, refunds cannot be processed.

3. Physical Products (Crystals, Healing Items, etc.)

We accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Proof (images/videos) must be shared

Return Conditions:

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer (unless damaged item)

Refund Timeline:

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

4. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase
  • After this period, cancellation requests will not be accepted
