At Healverse, every session and service is energetically prepared in advance. To maintain integrity and fairness, we follow a strict no-cancellation policy.

1. No Cancellations

  • Once a booking is confirmed and payment is made through Razorpay, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. Rescheduling Option

  • Clients may request a one-time reschedule of their booked session, provided:


    At least 24 hours’ prior notice is given.


    The new slot is subject to practitioner availability.


  • Missed sessions or late arrivals (beyond 15 minutes) will be considered completed and not eligible for rescheduling or refund.

3. Exceptions (Technical Issues Only)

  • In case of technical failures (e.g., payment deducted but booking not confirmed), we will verify with Razorpay and:

    Either reschedule the session, or
    Process a refund in exceptional cases such as duplicate or failed transactions.
