Where and how do sessions take place?

All sessions are held via Zoom or Google Meet, and last approximately 30 minutes. You may choose a video or voice-only format, Whichever helps you feel most receptive.

Can I move my session if something comes up?

We allow one reschedule with a 24-hour prior notice. Sessions are energetically prepared well in advance. Therefore, no-shows or same-day cancellations are considered closed.
