- We currently ship to addresses within India.
- For orders outside India (international shipping), please contact us first — we’ll check if shipping is possible and provide cost estimates.
- We offer Standard Shipping across India. If you require faster delivery (express / courier), get in touch — we’ll check feasibility and extra charges.

- If a package is lost or marked delivered but you have not received it, inform us within 7 calendar days of the estimated delivery date. We will raise the issue with the courier and help you with resolution.
- For any such issues, we may request photos, order details, and courier proof-of-delivery.
